These groups teach Mind-Body Medicine Skills (MBMS) in a small, supportive environment. MBMS are highly experiential and integrative techniques that often reduce stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and/or symptoms of many other chronic medical conditions. Mind-Body Medicine techniques include meditation, guided imagery, autogenic training, breathwork, movement, self-expression, mindful eating, and other approaches.
The fear, anger, worry and isolation of these challenging times affect our bodies, minds, and hearts, exacerbating symptoms of both medical and behavioral health conditions.
